This company doesn't even try to work with their customers. First they cut off my service and don't even say anything but an email but I was on vacation. Then they were only willing to do one lump sum instead of letting us do a payment plan.
They switched over to cable Internet & then raised the bill $30 a month for less services. Now i have no clock on my cable box, no guide on my TV & the Internet speed is even worse than it was before. Raspberry.
gear-heart has a monopoly they could raise the price to whatever and it is outrageous.
